Test Item | Reference Interval | Interpretation of results |
cTnI | ＜0.3ng/mL | A purplish-red band appears in the QC zone (C), and the reacted test card is analyzed by the immunoquantitative analyzer to produce a quantitative test result. If the purple-red band does not appear in the quality control area (C), it indicates incorrect operation or the test card is damaged, please read the instructions again and retest with a new test card. The detection range of this kit is 0.5~50ng/mL. when the concentration of the sample exceeds the upper limit of the detection range, it should be diluted with calf serum (100%), and the maximum dilution is 4 times. |
