Interpretation of results
A purplish-red band appears in the QC zone (C), and the reacted test card is analyzed by the immunoquantitative analyzer to produce a quantitative test result.
If the purple-red band does not appear in the quality control area (C), it indicates incorrect operation or the test card is damaged, please read the instructions again and retest with a new test card.
The detection range of this kit is 2.5~80ng/mL. When the concentration of the sample exceeds the upper limit of the detection range, the sample should be diluted with calf serum (100%), and the maximum dilution is 4 times.
